Assistant Store Manager

SoftMoc is looking to hire a Assistant Manager for our Park Royal location.

An inspiring and motivated manager with a proven capacity to lead and develop teams is what we are looking for. If this describes you then you need to apply!

 

A successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:

- 1-2 years of fashion Retail Management experience

- have a friendly, courteous, and positive attitude

- Strong leadership skills

- able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction

- lead a team of 10-15 employees

- be able to handle and control inventory effectively

- must have a "hands on" approach to their position

- have a willingness to take initiative

 

Education: 

High school completion required

 

Hours:

Must be available weekends, days, evenings and have flexible availability
